The 4th annual Mid-City Bayou Boogaloo takes place on Friday May 22 from 5pm -9pm and Saturday May 23, 2009 11am-9pm along the banks of Bayou St. John.
Same great location, same great time!
This year we're striving to create harmony between our festival and the environment by promoting Louisiana's first green festival. Solar stages, Bio-Diesel generators, organic foods, a comprehensive recycling program and sustainable education in addition to the great programming of years past. Check back soon for the new web-site launch and more information on vendors, artists, and partners.
Talent will be announced on March 22, 2009.

What is the Bayou Boogaloo?
The Mid-City Bayou Boogaloo is a community music festival organized for the purpose of both providing a community-building experience and raising funds for charities supported by the Mothership Foundation. The festival is held annually on the banks of Bayou Saint John in New Orleans.
